Aurora Innsbruck Staff Week BIP

October 2-6 – Registration Open!

We are more than happy to share with you an exciting short-term mobility opportunity this fall: The Aurora Innsbruck Staff Week BIP, organized as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). The physical part of this BIP will take place at the Universität Innsbruck from Monday, October 2th to Friday, October 6th. The virtual parts are planned for Thursday, September 14thfrom 12-2pm CEST and Tuesday, October 24th from 12-2pm CEST.

With the main objective to foster community building within the Aurora Alliance, the programme offers insights into Universität Innsbruck, sharing of good practices from and with Aurora partners, job shadowing opportunities and informal get-togethers. The programme will be further developed in the weeks to come, according to the profile and background of the participants. The Staff Week is addressed at all Aurora Alliance staff (both academic and administrative staff) that are involved or interested in the different building blocks of the Aurora Alliance and is thought to be very interactive and participatory.

The first round of registration will be open until June 30th .

Interested colleagues should register via the following link: Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. However, we have planned with three participants per Aurora institution and in case we are overbooked, we will set up a waiting list after the first round of registrations, which we will use in case of drop outs along the way.

Registrations will be confirmed by an acceptance letter once the application period finishes. This formal invitation will also include information about how to apply for the Erasmus+ mobility stay.
