
Third 3 University Symposium on agricultural sciences @UNINA
We are excited to announce the 3rd edition of the Tri-University Symposium, an event organized by the University of Naples Federico II, the University of Florida, and Palacký University Olomouc. The event will be held from May 28-30, 2025, in Portici, Italy.
The goal of the Tri-University Symposium is to establish a scientific bridge between institutions that will foster: 1) the exchange of knowledge and ideas among scholars from participating universities to address challenges in natural resource and agricultural sciences, 2) the development of cooperative projects between university scholars, and 3) the exploration of novel scholastic opportunities for graduate students.
Join us to enjoy a broad and stimulating scientific program, featuring prestigious international speakers and the historical Royal Palace of Portici. The main theme is the past, current and future impact of human society to the environment and environment to human society. The topics may include:
- Biodiversity and evolution of microbes: population genomics
- Pathogenic and invasive organisms
- Breeding and molecular farming
- Molecular functional biology for agriculture
- Societal impacts of global changes
- Directed microbial evolution
- Current AI development in agriculture and environmental sciences
