
DIGISOC Call for Application 2026/2027 is open!

We are happy to announce the second edition of the European Joint Master’s Programme in Digital Society, Social Innovation and Global Citizenship (DIGISOC), a pioneering interdisciplinary programme offered within the EURIDICE Project and developed in the framework of the AURORA Alliance.
DIGISOC is jointly promoted by the University of Naples Federico II (Italy), the University of Innsbruck (Austria), and Palacký University Olomouc (Czechia). The programme is designed to train a new generation of highly qualified socio-digital innovators capable of leading and managing digital transformation processes across diverse societal contexts, with a particular focus on education, communication, and culture.
Applications are now open for the academic year 2026/2027 and candidates may apply until February 27, 2026.

Places available
DIGISOC is open to 90 students per year:
- 75 places for EU and EU-equivalent candidates;
- 15 places for Non-EU candidates.
More specifically, 30 places will be available in each of the three degree-awarding Universities (30 in Italy, 30 in Austria, 30 in Czechia). Students are enrolled at all degree-awarding Universities, but they primarily attend courses at one of them.
Admission requirements
To apply to DIGISOC, candidates need to be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree and be able to use the English language fluently, in written and oral form, also with reference to disciplinary lexicons with at least a B2 level of competence of the CEFR, providing appropriate certification. More detailed information are available in the Call for Application 2026/2027.

Timeline
- December 22, 2025: Applications open
- February 27, 2026: Applications close
- March 13, 2026: Admission Test
- March 20, 2026: Communication of test results
- April 03, 2026 (no later than): Eligible candidates must confirm their acceptance of the offered place by sending an email to info@digisoc.eu
- May 15, 2026 (no later than): Non-EU candidates residing abroad must submit the required documentation
- 31 July, 2026 (no later than): EU and EU-equivalent candidates must submit the required documentation
Admitted candidates will receive, at the email address provided in their application, detailed instructions for completing the necessary payments. Upon receipt of the payment notice, candidates shall have 30 days to complete the required payments. Failure to complete the payment within the specified deadlines and according to the prescribed procedure will result in automatic forfeiture of the candidate’s right to enrolment.
